BXS-HD1 True Wireless Stereo Earphones
Why can I only hear one of the earphones?
This is a common occurrence with Bluetooth earphones, but it can be easily rectified by simply resetting the connection to the device.
To reset/reconnect the left and/or right earphone(s),
- Place both earphones back into the charging case and keep the lid open.
- Press and hold the Reset Button on the charging case until the LED indicator flashes white and red.
This resets the earphones and disconnects them from all paired devices. The earphones can then be repaired.
Note: It is recommended to refresh the list of Bluetooth paired devices on your audio source, or Unpair/Forget the ‘ONESONIC BXS-HD1’ prior to repairing.
How long will the BXS-HD1 earphones last on a full charge?
Once fully charged, the BXS-HD1 earphones will provide up to 4hours of operation. The charging case can provide up to 5 full charges and it usually takes 1 to 2 hours to fully charge the case.
Do the BXS-HD1 earphones automatically turn on when they are removed from the case, and turn off when placed back into the case?
Note: Auto power on/off does not work when the charging case is out of power. The earphones will turn off if they do not find a Bluetooth device after 10 minutes.
What version of Bluetooth does this product support? Are the BXS-HD1 earphones compatible with Apple/Android products?
The BXS-HD1 earphones use Bluetooth 5, which is backwards compatible with devices using Bluetooth 4.0 and upwards, which covers most consumer-level devices developed in the past five years. If unsure, you can check the connectivity specifications of your device on the manufacturer’s website.
Can I answer and take phone calls using the earphones?
To answer the call, Single Tap Touch Control on either of the BXS-HD1 earphones.
To end the call, Hold Touch Control for 2 seconds on either of the BXS-HD1 earphones.
Can I change tracks and adjust volume on the earphone itself?
Volume can be adjusted with a single tap, and tracks can be skipped with a triple tap. A full description of gestures is described in the BXS-HD1 user manual as well as on the reverse of the earphone’s packaging.
Are the BXS-HD1 earphones sweat proof? Are they suitable for exercising?

The BB-HD1 headphones can be hardwired to your phone or source device using the standard 3.5mm audio cable provided.

Do the BB-HD1 headphones have noise cancellation?
The BB-HD1 headphones have Active Noise Cancellation, which can be activated by the simple press of the ANC button on the left earcup. Active Noise Cancellation will reduce the total battery time of the headphones to 13 hours.

To answer and end the call, short press the power button on the BB-HD1 headphones.
