Why does my iPhone occasionally disconnect during phone calls?
Some iPhones (iOS 14/15) may experience Bluetooth disconnection issues.
- Reboot your iPhone
- Put earbuds back in the charging case
- Forget the device in Bluetooth settings
- Reconnect after restarting
Why can I only hear one earbud?
Reset the earbuds:
- Place both earbuds in the case (lid open)
- Hold the reset button for 10 seconds
- Wait for blue-white LED indicator
- Re-pair with your device
How long do the earbuds last on a full charge?
5–6 hours per charge.
Up to 20 hours total with charging case
What Bluetooth version do they use?
Bluetooth 5.0
- Compatible with Bluetooth 4.0+
- Range: ~10 meters

Are they sweat-resistant?
Yes — rated IPX4 (splash and sweat resistant).
Do they support voice assistants?
Yes. Hold the touch control for 2 seconds to activate Siri or Google Assistant.
